| to my friend who has limited amount of money and a very good friend of his went into business to purchase as many cheap condominiums available and rent them out..So far he was very successful in obtainling mortgages loans which they call debt..I wonder is it is adviseable for any human being to purchase such cheap condominiums without paying the principal |

Hi Speedyday,
I haven't heard of anyone doing this. But then if the money can be reterived by renting the condiminiums and that too for a good amount, then one may try it out. |

| That's a weird thing. Buy condominiums without paying and then rent them out. How will the seller then benefit? |
