Hello,

I was looking for a exact list of all visa types eligible for "Foreign Nationals" and entire visa types eligible for "Non-Permanent Resident Aliens"

There is no such VISA list. Why don't you Google it? Hope you will get it Idea

I googled, also have the information about the visas, but its tough to make out which VISA Types fall under Foreign National and Non-Permanent Resident Alien Category.

I think there must be something documented somewhere.

Please help if anyone has the information.

Basically the foreign national programs end up being treated like investment properties. You need at least 20% down and some way to prove your income and credit in US terms before you can do anything else.
